East Buchanan is the second best class two team but they will most likely face Mansfield in the semi's. Mansfield should beat East Buchanan by 10 and then win the championship by 15 over Oran.
Here's a look at each district:
| CLASS 2 DISTRICT ASSIGNMENTS | ||||||||||
District 1
Bernie looks like the clear favorite but Hayti is also good and could challenge for the district title. With some luck, one of these two teams could make it to the semi- or title game.

| Holcomb | 25 | |||||||||
| Average | 74 | |||||||||
District 2
Thayer is the clear favorite in district 2 with Van Buren and Greenville potential upsets to Thayer's run into the championship round. None of these teams will get beyond quarterfinals.

District 3
Oran will be challenged for the district title by St. Vincent and possibly Oak Ridge. Unless there is an upset, I expect Oran to go deep into the state champion bracket.

Brentwood has the best chance of advancing, playing a tougher St. Louis schedule but will probably not get by Oran in the sectional game.

District 6
Milan has no real competition in district 6 and should win their sectional game vs. district 5 and quarterfinal game vs. most probably Iberia. Undefeated so far, they might give Oran, an upper bracket opponent, a real battle in the semi-finals.

District 9
Mansfield is the unquestionable favorite to win the class two title and it is unfortunate for Hartville, a top class two team, to be in the same district when they could be playing in the championship game from a different district. Such is life.

| District 14 There are no really outstanding teams in district 14 so you could put the names of Cole Camp, Tipton, Sweet Springs, New Franklin and Fayette into a hat and have as good a chance of picking the district champion as I could . Okay, put two pieces of paper with Cole Camp into the hat. Too close to call. |
