St. Louis High School Fall leagues - C4 and CNR team rankings

Here's my first post on the 2018-2019 Missouri High School Basketball season with rating so of the St. Louis C4 and CNR Fall basketball leagues.  After two weeks of play, the ratings are a little soft but these will firm up about the time the league ends in late October and we get into the High School season.

 The top teams appear to  be McCluer North, Alton Marquette, Larry Hughes Basketball Academy (LHBA) and Francis Howell.  The C4 league looks to be a little more competitive than the CNR league.
